Mandy leads The Friend Team, a team in the top 1% of Realtors in the Rochester and Upstate New York regions. Founded on the values of FAITH: Family, Accountability, Integrity, Teamwork and Humility, her team will help over 200 clients, friends and families with 40 million in sales for 2019. In the business world, Mandy is known for her entrepreneurial spirit as she is also a partner in her husband's chiropractic office, owns a daycare and runs her coach and training business. Above all else, she loves to be known as a wife to her husband, Ed and a mother to her 4 year old daughter, Aliana and 2 year old son, Amico. All of her training and coaching is centered around her passion to pursue all the aspirations on her heart without compromising the relationships, people and causes that matter most.

Build Your Business Around your Life is a fantastic class that really puts into perspective how easy it really is to do just that. Many Realtors let their business run their life. This class would be beneficial for both new and experienced agents to help them achieve balance in work and life.

This class was eye opening and exactly what I needed as a single mom working in an overwhelming market! It helped me put things in perspective, prioritize, and build a plan for success! I’d take it at least once a quarter to keep myself balanced.
